At WHACK Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original sports branding boxes or protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the parcel back to our central sports warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
